It has been over 14 days without any contact or compensation. The ticket was incorrectly booked by a staff member due to incompetence, which the service is unwilling to acknowledge. This is a failure on their part, and compensation is necessary. I was threatened over the phone regarding my open ticket, which I had already paid for. It has been a terrible experience, with frequent hotel changes and numerous transport issues. The agent booked incorrect flights for my mother, leaving us rushing through the airport until the final boarding call, and despite admitting the error, there has been no willingness to compensate for the distress caused. I strongly advise against booking with them.
