I buy this coffee essentially as a superfood since the bean type is selected for the highest concentration of beneficial polyphenols, roasted in a way that does not destroy the beneficial chemicals and shipped as freshly roasted as possible (it's still giving off CO2 hence the valve in the bag). I store it in the AirScape cannister Exhale sells, and drink about four to five mugs a day. It's also certified fully organic, which is extremely rare for coffee brands since it's such an often over-sprayed crop due to its value. I understand the science behind it since I have a B.Sc. in biochemistry and studied for a PhD in genetics. Being a keen amateur athlete, I am also very interested in nutrition, and when you look at a week's worth of coffee grounds, you realise how much goodness you are actually taking in from this product.
