I received an unsolicited letter from someone claiming to be an estate agent associated with this service, stating that my property had been "on the market unsold for 36 days" and offering to sell it for me if I switched agents. My property has not been for sale for years, and none in my area are currently listed. The individual incorrectly identified my property type and made false claims about monitoring its status online. This is clearly fraudulent behavior. I have reported this incident to the relevant authorities.
