Really a half star is deserved for poor customer services with HSBC Expat Premier relationship manager who always cancel on customer conference calls. Always want customers to update CRS (2 or 3 times for me in 2025 already) otherwise they would suspend certain services.HSBC Expat mortgage department is a joke and staff only considers “salary” as income, nothing else. A very poorly run unit of HSBC Group.
