HSBC Expat in Jersey and their staff in their protect/review team are part of an elaborate and fraudulent scam where they freeze customers funds for any reason and treat you like garbage until you contact the Jersey Channel Islands Ombudsman. Only after complaining to the Ombudsman they release your funds, which indicates they are operating in a sinister and most egregious manner.
