Ordering the insurance was quick and straightforward. The price is reasonable. The real test is in the claims process. Insurance companies are quick to take your money, but you only know their true quality when you need to claim. Fortunately, we haven't had to for this trip, so I guess we can give them the benefit of the doubt. As expats living in different countries, just obtaining insurance feels like a win, so it’s reassuring to have that option. A better product would allow customers to choose repatriation to a preferred country in case of a claim.
