DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA FOR TD IF IT THEY ARE USING MAUI CONDO AND HOME. DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO AT THE MAUI BANYAN G410!!Booked with Expedia for TD in the past but this recent booking for what was presumed to be the Aston Maui Banyan was a private condo being managed by a third party which did not present what was paid for. There was NO communication from Maui Condo and Home regarding the rental procedures. All that was received was a confirmation email from Expedia for TD indicating that there was no need to reconfirm the booking prior to arrival even for late arrivals. This would make one assume that everything is in place for arrival. Well late arrival resulted in the rental of a condo that had a key pad lock which no code was provided prior to arrival. Upon arrival condo owner did not allow for usage of the laundry facilities for laundering of towels used for the beach. Could not lay on top of the comforters. Also you needed to supply your own toilet paper and you are being charge $450 per night for a 2 bedroom that faces the parkade.Both Expedia for TD and Maui Condo and Home are quick to blame each other and no one will take any responsibility for the mistakes made. Both are quick to take your money. Personally poor customer service for a large company or any company is unacceptable. Expedia for TD is quick to respond with the buyer beware but they have an obligation to ensure the products endorsed by them are the quality they say they are. Absolute no support for their customer nor a willingness to go above and beyond when a booking has failed miserably. They use to be great years ago but the greed and just pushing numbers to create profit has now taken over. I am not the only person who has experienced this.
