Rented a car through Expedia for TD and paid in full 5 months before my trip.I arranged to pick the car up on 12pm on a Saturday. Expedia didn't tell me that this place closes at 12pm on Saturdays. I printed out the email and read it carefully before the trip but the closing time wasn't mentioned. Enterprise must have all my info but didn't email or text me to let me know that they close at noon.Got there at 12:15pm and the staff refused to give me the car I reserved citing that I was late and they already closed.If either Expedia or Enterprise had warned me about the 12pm closing time, I would've chosen a different rental location or company. My whole trip depended on having a rental car and that's why I made a reservation 5 month before. Arrgh.I scrambled to get another car and paid much more. Later called Expedia for TD but they kept citing it was my fault until one of the supervisors checked the emails I've received and agreed with me. The supervisor started a process to get compensation for me but it never went anywhere. Every time I called later I had to explain things again and again. I was promised a call within 24 hours by a supervisor but nobody called.Expedia for TD is not worth your trouble.
