I have been using TD rewards and Expedia for TD for years and unfortunately the worst part of their service is their customer service who is only reachable by phone and every single phonecall is atleast 30 mins long, no idea what they keep doing in the background, but any modification to the bookings are a complete nightmare and most recently I had canceled a flight and was waiting for a refund over $1,500 which I receive an email about that I will not get, I can't wait to destroy this terrible credit card. TD should understand the impact this service has on its customers and assist rather than having nothing to do with this
