I have been using this service for ten years. I booked a car for my husband j Vegas , they didn’t have the reservation when he arrived so he had to book a new car. They charged me anyway and wouldn’t refund my money until I sent them a copy of my husband’s payment for the new reservation. After three weeks, they finally agreed to refund my money but ONLY a manager could approve the refund and they had to speak to me on the phone. It’s been over a month and I still have yet to be in touch with a “manager”. Once I do get my money, I am going to destroy this TD Travel Visa, and get myself another travel credit card because this is absolute garbage. I have dealt with some of the worst customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in my 53 years and I will shout from the rooftops to dissuade anyone from using Expedia for TD.
