I would give them no stars if that was an option. The training for when you call them is terrible and the person should be fired! They don't use common sense and just repeat the same thing every time I call. I have called 4 times for my issue starting from Aug 9th and still NO call from a manager. Hotel had to be cancelled due to Maui wildfires and state of emergency but they won't refund my charge of one night from the hotel as I cancelled the day after the day the cancellation allowed date. They keep saying that they need to call the hotel but there's NO power! It's insane the common sense it totally lacking and the fast they SAY it's been escalated but won't give you any confirmation in writing is beyond aggravating! I reached out the hotel via online chat and the agent said that they were refunding ALL bookings in Maui for OBVIOUS reasons and that Expedia knew they needed to email the wholesale depart to request the refund. They also said that Expedia ALWAYS does this. What a great reputation ExpediaforTD has!! I will not book through them ever again!
