In my opinion: Ahmed S was so unhelpful. After explaining many times that the flight date on the expedia were inconsistent with the flight we booked, we were given reasons that made absolutely no sense. For example "it is because it is a flight" "the information could be not correct, call the airline". Not sure what the point is of booking through a 3rd party like expedia if they provide incorrect details and force you to connect with the airline when the information on THEIR website is inconsistent. What if we had shown up to the airport 2 days late as our expedia for td account says the flight is supposed to be on the 12th instead of the 10th? The least expedia can do is listen back to the recording and deal with this agent bc it's unacceptable to have people like that working for them.
