I have been a long time user only because of the travel points with the attached credit card, but no more. It seems they are okay as long as no problems arise. But everyone is fine as long as no problems arise. My last experience has ended any loyalty I felt towards this agency and the card attached. I1 of us purchased a flight that involved one connection. We used various agents but I was the only one at TD expedia. One leg of the trip was cancelled by the airline. Very long story but I spent hours and many phone calls trying to get TD expedia to act and rebook this one leg with the same airline, just an earlier flight. All the others in the group had theirs done within minutes. I was part of a group so needed on the same plane before it was full. Days later they told me that flight was full and they couldn't help me. Even more phone calls and time spent by me but in the end I had to book my own flight. The flight they said was full....was not so luckily I could join the group again. I then had to make many phone calls begging for my refund for the cancelled leg that they said they couldn't rebook. Each agent I talked to would say they had put the forms in for the refund but nothing would arrive and the next agent would confirm that nothing had been done but they would do it right then. And this went on and on. I did not give up and I did get that part refunded. All of this angst and doing it myself and not one apology. I had to pay more for the second booking. It was only $90 but they refused to pay that when it was directly their fault. All of the other people in the group had their tickets rebooked by their selling agent. All done the same day and no extra cost. Expedia was the only agency who made this simple transaction so difficult, lengthy and costly. They do not respond to emails.
