HORRIBLE experience.Booked flight from pvr to yvr direct used the points everything was set for over a month. Then I get an email saying the flight is moved by a day which means I'd have to pay for another night in a hotel among other adjustments, obviously not going to work so I call. The lady on the other end informs me that there are no more direct flights available on the date I wanted, so I said look into layovers. The only ones she had to offer were 2 or more layovers taking me from pvr to Toronto first then another airport then YVR. I said that's ridiculous why would there only be flights from the west coast of Mexico to almost the east coast of Canada. I SPECIFICALLY asked how can there not be one with a layover at calgary or something? I was clearly frustrated when I said cancel, ill figure it out myself and she laughed. I just got my refunded points, log in to the expedia app and find MULTIPLE flights on my date with 1 quick layover in alberta and a direct flight to yvr ALL of which are cheaper than what I had originally booked. She either is horrible at her job or just lied to me for some reason. Customer service is non existent and the fact she laughed at my frustration is a joke. Wish I knew her name but if td sees this the call was recorded at 1130-1158am December 4th although I doubt they care based on the experience.
