This portal helps the company see and make sure I filled everything out correctly. When I uploaded and submitted documents and subsequent revisions I didn't get a response back (for days!) which was frustrating. But then I learned: YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY YOUR CASE MANAGER EVERY TIME YOU UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND REVISIONS. Do NOT wait for them to check your portal progress. Once I understood this, everything was done in a peep! I received my daughter's passport before the date I had anticipated. Success!
