I purchased 2 tickets for an Al Pacino show in Birmingham in 2023. I’ve lost track of how often I’ve reached out for a refund, but for some reason, my requests are consistently ignored. I even posted a comment on the related social media page but was met with backlash from supporters when I expressed my concerns about being taken advantage of. My comments were removed, and I ended up being blocked.
