In 2024, I invested 250 USD in AI Trading with a service that had previously gone by another name. They did not use the AI as promised, and the manager pressured me to invest more, which I declined, leading to the account's decline. In mid-2025, after sharing my experience on a review platform, I received a call to reactivate the account with a 260 USD credit as compensation; they even assigned an account specialist to assist. I later encouraged others to give them a chance. The new representative was courteous and non-pressuring, and after I invested 3000 USD, the account grew to 12000 USD in free funds. However, then the problems began! There was a name and platform change, followed by unexpected poor stock recommendations that I was familiar with. I immediately requested account deletion, but they made excuses about various stocks and disregarded my instructions while I faced significant losses. The final straw was their demand for 3400 USD to liquidate the account, promising I would get that back along with my accrued funds. Unfortunately, they never closed the account or returned my funds! They also stopped taking my calls or providing updates about the account. What do you think? I believe we need to hold them accountable in 2026!
