The section 21 results in the Accelerated Possession court route. Accelerated means accelerated for an order without a hearing it does not mean fast.
The deregulation act has produced a process that requires all of the documents that were served and a hefty 20 page court form in the claim, as duplicated into bundles. There is one for the court, one for each tenant and one sent back on issue to the landlord.
