Had a paid 30 min consultation with them to explain my case. They promised that I’m eligible for an application based on info I provided. They then took an advance payment for handling the application. After that they sent a client care letter for me to sign. Upon reading the letter I found factual mistakes about my circumstances which made me realize that they weren’t listening or paying any attention during the initial consultation. Therefore their assurance of my eligibility was questionable. I refused to sign the letter and requested a refund. They have been ignoring my request for a week now. Completely unprofessional and void of integrity!
