I am writing this to warn every trader. ExpertOption has been holding my 500 EGP refund since January 19, 2026. It has been 44 days of pure manipulation and lies.
Here is the truth about this company:
They blocked my account on January 18 and promised a refund.
They issued a FAILED Fawry Voucher (41319646434) that doesn't work in any branch.
I deposited via Vodafone Cash, yet they refuse to refund me through the same method, violating standard financial rules.
Every time I contact support, they give me the same "wait a few days" template.
Most recently, they REPORTED and DELETED my previous review on Trustpilot to hide their failure instead of paying me.
