While the certification courses are ok. After you finish you are awarded with a certification. Add some money to that cert to have it laminated for it to get put in the envelope with no protection besides the warning (DO NOT BEND). I am now the owner of this badly bent up certification that expertrating wont help resolve. Wrote a support ticket for it to just be closed without any explanation.
I had a wonderful experience with the Wellness Coach Certification. The course was clear, well-structured, and practical, but what I appreciated most was how it guided me to connect the Wellness concept with the coaching process- highly recommended!
1. Disorganized Content: Course material lacked flow and consistency, likely due to being sourced from multiple places.2. Unclear Visuals: Charts and graphs were included but not properly explained.3. Language Errors: Typos and grammatical mistakes were present throughout.4. Test Reference Errors: Some questions referred to nonexistent ones (e.g., question 42 or 52-- The test had only 40 questions).5.Missing Context: Test questions referenced visuals and terms that weren’t explained in the course.6. Answer Disclosure: One question oddly revealed the correct answer (“Answer: C”).7. No Feedback Provided: Since questions are pulled from a pool, test takers should be able to review mistakes to learn from them.8. Insufficient Support Availability: Repeated calls to the phone help desk went unanswered, and email responses were significantly delayed.9. As someone with academic experience and a background in course development, I found this course disappointing and far from a positive learning experience. I share this feedback with the intention of improving the course experience.
