I want to share my experience with Experts of Deals so others can stay careful. In my opinion, this company works in a very dishonest way.
At first, they contact you with attractive offers and big promises. But their main goal seems to be taking money from you. They usually ask for an upfront payment of around $300–$400 to start. After you pay, they say they have found a buyer from the US and show some requirements. However, these requirements look fake and not trustworthy. They also give Letters of Intent (LOIs) with company names like Trisphere and 118 Commodities, which also seem fake.
They tell you that they are already connected with buyers and that you need to become a “verified supplier” by paying another fee. After this payment, things become even more suspicious. They pretend to be buyers using virtual phone numbers from the US or UK and create pressure during calls. They also ask you to get a “trade compliance certificate” and charge more money depending on how much you can pay.
Once they have taken enough money, they stop responding properly. Either they don’t reply at all or give unclear excuses. In the end, no real business deal happens.
Another important thing to note is that there are many positive reviews about this company online. However, these reviews do not seem genuine. It appears that many of them may have been written by the company’s own employees just to create a good image and attract more people.
I have several fake LOIs and documents as proof, which can be used to file complaints.
I strongly suggest everyone stay away from this company. They are very convincing, but the whole process seems like a scam to take your money.
