Worst place i would never send my child back again. I did write a review but took it down as it first ot was sorted. Long story short, they dont care about your childs education. At first they do care then later down the line its not what it seems they tend to gossip about other students and how their progressing and where they are not. They talk with one another when they are more times meant to be at the table with the students. They dont give you proper feedback. My child did learn something at the start but now they havent learnt a thing. My child went down a set in class. They tolr me if i want feedback to go online they never told me how my child was or wasnt doing . They failed to meet my childs parent meeting its all a sham. I was warned about them before i should of listened. Now that i want a part refund which is from my childs grant they are saying they csnt. I was told by right they would need to refund it and me and them come ro an agreement Which is now a scam as they are withholding funds as really they dont want to as its alot of funds to refund back. I was already warned that they wouldnt want to give back any as it means its losing business and funds for them. I should have listened to other parents in the first place and not have invested my child into that centre. Another parent over the weekend contacted me and told me the same thing that theyre leaving as their childs not learning i said good. Please please avoid Addiscombe learners at all cost . Avoid any of their centres. The centre my child goes to now they absolutely love it and they are progressing . Oh and explore learners have been going downhill since 4-6 months ago . Now what does that say. I am not a happy parent at all i have literally beek scammed!!!!!!
