I had to curtail my holiday with my parents early because my brother was taken ill. He has subsequently died and unfortunately the only way that we can claim the return flights money ( 1,400.00)for the 4of us is to give a copy of his death certificate.There is absolutely no way that I am going to ask my sister in law for that at this time of grief. I received a phone call from explorer explaining that it is unfortunate that they have to see a copy of the certificate because of fraudulent claims. I fully understand this and I have been assured that explorer will assist me in any way possible if I decide to proceed with my claim. I have received sympathy and reassurance from explorer travel and I would fully recommend them.
