My husband and I have been using Explorer insurance for many years using on line and their telephone service without any issues, staff always polite and professional, we are in our later 70's and thankfully have never had to make a claim. Costs have been fair ..as yet we have no complaints..we always reccomend Explore to family and friends whether it be a one off trip or annual..I can only suggest you give them a try.
