We have used Explorer for our travel insurance since we started going on cruises a few years ago. We have taken out an annual policy for the last 3 years. The price is always competitive and purchasing the policy online is very straightforward.A couple of years ago we had to make a claim as due to bad weather several of our scheduled port stops were cancelled. The claim process was dealt with very efficiently and the claim paid in full. I was pleasantly surprised to find that on our next renewal the premium had not increased massively.Definitely recommended.
