This is our first time with Explorer travel but I can highly recommend this company, although fortunately we haven’t had to claim! The agents are very informative and in fact email with travel info and handy travel tips. They are UK based and give the impression that they are on your side, a cherished customer. If the annual renewal and health are ok, We fully intend using them again until we are no longer fit to travel. Bravo Explorer!
