I have been covered by explorer travel insurance for the past year and called them today to renew. I mentioned that my doctor had recently referred me to have an ADHD assessment but it wouldn’t happen for several months. The agent said: We can’t cover this or renew your policy - Goodbye. Unbelievable as I haven’t even had a diagnosis! I ended up taking out a policy with Insure and go who were cheaper anyway and much more professional and understanding.
