This is the 2nd time I have tried to claim with this company. Unfortunately my first holiday was a missed flight due to a suicide jumper on the motorway. It took weeks of going backward and forwards and service was shocking. They tried everything to get out if it and wanted more and more evidence. My second time( I purchased a yearly policy) I missed a connecting flight as my original flight was delayed. I had to purchase a new flight. Guess what, there is ANOTHER loophole. I can't claim because it wasnt a 12 hour delay. Im not claiming for the delay just my flight ticket. Terrible company avoid at all costs . Don't expect them to honour the policy.Complete waste of time
