I chose Explorer Travel Insurance because of its competitive quote - being over 75, travel insurance has become much more expensive for me. Luckily, I haven't had to claim so far, so I can't comment on that side of things. However, I have been impressed by the number of communications and newsletters, with lots of useful general information and advice. It makes me feel connected, and it's good to know the people I might be dealing with. I would be happy to use this company again. I have put today's date for the experience, but I actually started this annual policy last winter (it hasn't run out yet)
