I had a very negative experience with the company. When I sent an inquiry to a specific supplier through their portal, my inquiry was redirected to another paid customer instead of the one I selected. This is unfair. If a buyer chooses a particular company or product, the platform should not send that lead to someone else just because they are a paid member. Please verify inquiries before sending them to any provider. I have lost trust in the platform and would not recommend it unless they address this issue and improve transparency.
