I will outline everything that went wrong during our rental: 1- We arrived at the airport for our 9:30pm reservation. They messaged us saying the car wasn’t ready and we could either walk to their agency or wait for a pickup. We explained we had no Wi-Fi and asked them not to send voice messages, but they did anyway. It was cold and we had heavy luggage, so we requested a pickup. They arrived well past the reservation time, after 9:45pm. 2- The agency was a dark and unwelcoming office in a parking lot. We had to wait a long time for them to finish with another rental, and once ours started, the issues began. We reserved through their website, which sent an email with the details and total price. However, they claimed the total was incorrect and demanded over $100 more. We explained it wasn’t fair; if their system was wrong, that wasn’t our fault. An employee tried to assist us but the manager was rude and dismissive, only offering us the choice of paying the new price or canceling. It was late and unrealistic to cancel our rental. The manager even suggested we had faked the email, which we had printed. After arguing for 45 minutes, we reluctantly accepted the new price but negotiated that the windshield insurance would be free. 3- The car was in poor condition, covered in scratches and with an engine light on. 4- They insisted we wash the car before returning it, which is absurd. 5- On return, we had to meet someone outside the airport again. He checked the car and absurdly asked for the initial video. After explaining the situation, they finally understood and we didn’t have to pay for the insurance. Our experience was dreadful. This agency has terrible organization, poorly maintained cars, and some very unprofessional employees. I would NEVER recommend renting from them. It was a nightmare!
