I rented a vehicle from this company and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. On the way to Georgia, we discovered that the brake pads were completely worn out — there were no warning lights. A mechanic later confirmed the brakes could have failed at any moment, putting our lives at risk. We lost hours stuck at a repair shop because they didn’t have the right parts, and the car also showed an engine error on the way back. Initially, the company refused compensation but after insisting, they returned a meager amount, which was ridiculous given the danger and inconvenience. This reflects their lack of maintenance and responsibility. Renting a car in this condition is not just inconvenient — it's dangerous. I strongly advise against renting from this company.
