We have been deeply dissatisfied with this service and resonate with the negative feedback from other unhappy clients. There were constant calls, texts (even on a Sunday evening), and emails primarily aimed at pressuring us to lower the price. They reduced it by as much as £100k from their own valuation. When we refused to sell at that price, they simply maintained their stance and continued to pressure us for viewings at an agreed sale price we did not accept. Their approach felt very pushy, and it seemed they were more focused on securing viewings than on customer care. The offer we did receive, which dragged on for five months, fell through because the buyer supposedly had their finances sorted but backed out due to needing to sell another property. We received persistent automated emails and calls to attract viewers, despite our unwillingness to sell for the price they insisted was now appropriate. Any viewings we arranged were poorly managed, with no knowledge of the area or property location. The photos provided were terrible, and despite requesting better ones, this did not happen. They assigned us a solicitor, but after completing extensive paperwork, they chose not to proceed with us, requiring me to chase them for the return of our £300 deposit. I would never recommend this service to anyone and have preserved our communications to support my negative feedback. Based on the reviews I've read, it appears I am not alone in this experience.
