This company has absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order on 1/13 for $110 and I have received no shipment notification, nor has it shown in my USPS informed delivery, nor have I received it, yet their tracking system (not USPS) is showing it was delivered yet provides no tracking number. I have now sent 5 emails trying to get to the bottom of the issue with absolutely no response. I have placed at least 4 orders with them and only one of them was delivered with no issues. The product works well, but with such horrible customer service I am going to have to find a different product and company to order from! Don’t buy from them…you will be extremely disappointed!!
