They really dont care about the customer. They have made some kind of network with PUPs (pick up points) in some local stores, instead of investing in stations with cells (like the rest of the companies). These PUPs are usually very far from the delivery address and you always have to take in mind with the working hours of the PUP (which varies a lot ). When you try to call them, they either terminate the call without picking up, or just let you ring for 5 minutes.
