The technician diagnosing my cooktop spent most of the time on the phone. The repair quote was significantly over $1000, leading me to request a replacement quote. They said it would be referred to another department for a call back, but after several follow-ups, no one contacted me. Additionally, I received constant messages demanding payment for the diagnostic work, even after I informed them I was waiting for a replacement quote to compare with the repair cost. Ultimately, I lost patience with this service as they were unresponsive. I work in property management and deal with many contractors, and I find their professionalism lacking. I only chose them because they were authorized for my cooktop, but I cannot recommend this service.
