I was able to buy the UV bulb I needed at a reasonable price. However, when I called the first time, I had to guide your customer service agent on where to locate this part on your website. The agent did not know this. Agent said I had to buy the bulb with the housing. This was incorrect, and very costly. Working together, we resolved this successfully. Bulb was delivered and it appears to be undamaged.
