I accidentally ordered the wrong paint flakes. I just clicked on the wrong on and I noticed it AFTER I had already paid and placed my order. I called immediately and asked if I needed to cancel and reorder or if it could be fixed on their end. The gentleman I spoke to said that he could fix it for me since it just got ordered and hadn't gone to the manufacturer yet. When the flakes arrived, they were the wrong ones. I called and left a message but didn't hear back. We already scheduled workers to start this project that weekend, so I had to work with what I was given. I didn't want to cancel on them and end up having to pay a fee. That meant I had to buy a different paint color to work with the different color scheme of the flakes. Luckily it wasn't too different from what I originally wanted, but I'm pretty bummed that I didn't get what I actually picked out and wanted. I wish I had just canceled the order and started over but since I was assured it was fixed, I went forward with plans.
