I had high hopes for Exterior Flow AI, but this has been a very disappointing experience. Their platform is glitchy and would not allow me to cancel my subscription, even after multiple attempts. Despite the fact that I hadn’t logged in for months, they continued to charge me without notice.When I reached out to their team requesting a refund, they refused to take responsibility for their platform’s failure. I’m now having to escalate this issue through my bank because they are unwilling to forfeit funds that were charged due to their own technical shortcomings.Taking money from customers who have clearly tried to cancel is unacceptable. For $50 a month, there are far better AI tools out there, more efficient, more transparent, and run by people who actually care about their users.I do not recommend this company. You have been warned. I hope they make things right and stop any further unauthorized charges from other unsuspecting customers.
