I wanted to try this product, but when I decided to cancel my subscription, I kept getting an error message every time I tried. I’ve attempted to cancel several times without success.To make matters worse, I noticed that $49 USD was taken from my PayPal account even though I don’t use their software. I also tried cancelling again today, but I’m still getting the same error message as before.This experience has been very disappointing. Taking money from a customer who has clearly tried to cancel is unacceptable. I hope they resolve this quickly and stop any further unauthorised charges.
