On the whole I have found the cleaning service to be really good especially the oven cleaning service, however one of the cleaning technicians dropped part of his cleaning tool in the drawer of my washing machine but said it wouldn't affect the machine. I have been reporting this to the company for over a year and have always been told that a technician would be out to fix it in my next clean (I've had two cleans since then and neither technician knew anything about it).I have now had to call out my appliance insurance company to fix the machine as it now sounds like its about to take off and the noise is horrendous, there are also some black marks appearing on some of the lighter and white clothing which never happened before.I called Extreme Homecare this morning to explain the issue yet again and also stress that I have now had to call in a different company to fix their error, the lady I spoke to was quite dismissive, said she knew nothing about it even though I explained everything then hung up.They really need to work on their customer service skills as currently it is way below average especially considering their company is at fault.It is impossible to be wrong and strong, so an attitude adjustment is definitely required for some if your staff.
