I have used this company for a number of years and disappointed in the lack of Customer Service from the management when there employee causes damage. I had an oven cleaner by Tom and left him to do the job. Oven was ok not as good as the previous clean but I thought I could just wipe it myself! Then when I went to the sink the bowl had been removed and left on the side and inside my grey sink which wasn’t very old, looked as though he had cleaned it with a bristle pad as all the grey was off and there was loads of scratches so this was now white. Also there was a strong smell in the sink of the oven solution. When he came back he said he had only washed his hands and placed a bucket in, but he was also tipping water in it so I know he tried to clean the dirt after tipping the water down the drain(he was making out I was a liar) the previous guy knew the sinks material and tipped the water outside and was so careful. I have emailed the management twice with no reply, and now cancelled my contract with them, as I know they won’t replace it or refund me the damaged caused as they can’t even contact me. I’m so disappointed and never thought they would be so unprofessional in dealing with something that was their employee fault. I run a business with 30,000 followers and if there’s a problem would deal with it as customer service is important. Update!!After a week of the email to the manager I have still not received an email back, disappointing customer service!!!!
