The session I had with the ex VO was very helpful. She was able to show me the mistakes I made in my first attempt and helped on how I could do it better in the second. The mock with the ex VO also helped my confidence in the second attempt, apart from this, she reviewed my DS-160 and pointed out the things I needed to work on. I would recommend them to anyone preparing for the US visa interview.
