This company is terrible

This company is terrible. After placing my order for 2 sets of contacts, I was notified a week afterwards that one set was out of stock and to choose another pair. No big deal. I went ahead and e-mailed over customer support with another pair I was interested in. When my package finally arrived, I received only 1 pair. I thought that was strange but assumed maybe since the updated changes occurred on the new set, there was just a delay and the other pair would arrive in another parcel. I waited a couple of days, and e-mailed customer support to ask them when if they were sending over the other pair. They then informed me in order to resolve the issue, I was going to have to send over photo evidence of the package and any item(s) in the package. By that time, I had already thrown away the package. Why on earth would I have to go through this process in the first place when it was the company's mistake? I e-mailed back and asked for a refund. Again, they denied me. This company runs on crappy business ethnics and their customer service support team takes over a day to respond, so if you're trying to dispute something with them, just be aware it may be a lonnngggg process and you're better off contacting your credit card company to help you to resolve the mess with this unhelpful company.
