I recently reached out to this company concerning an order I placed after sharing my honest review. I’m not concerned about any incentives for reviews; I just want to share my honest experiences with the products I buy. Previously, I had a great experience with their contacts, but now I feel like they asked me to review my purchase to counteract other negative feedback about their business practices, like customers not receiving orders or poor treatment when inquiring. I emailed the company twice regarding the incentivized contacts and have yet to receive a response. I was prompted to review by a representative, but I am not upset with the company, as I have ordered from other contact lens vendors which I will review once they arrive. To the management: please retain the incentivized lenses you did not send me, and learn from these mistakes before losing loyal customers. Consumers, remember your rights to timely orders with complete contents. Don't keep spending where you won't win!
