No business operates with perfection, how they deal with unexpected issues is what is telling. Two separate issues came up in my order, and both were dealt with appropriately, and with honest professionalism. I appreciated that so much, especially during these crazy times with Trump's nonsense. We in Canada know how the few can negatively impact the many.
