Estimate was reasonable and timely. However, it has been a month and still don't have my sunglasses. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to their Chat Service, and they billed my credit card twice. I have logged into their system and can find no record of my repair. I would not use this company in the future, and do not recommend them for repairs. I have no idea about their sales.Below, it took over a year for your reply. Nuff said!Update: 2/24/25I was contacted by a gentleman stating he was the new owner. He is working to address previous bad reviews as he also addresses the problems caused by the business' seller. As a good faith gesture, he offered me generous consideration to right my bad experience. I would be happy to use his company in the future, but have no need, currently. He's been very communicative, and candid. Probably okay to try him.
