WOW, Where do you start... First off, NOTHING is FREE with this company! They get your broken frames there for free... but you get charged for it later... TRUST ME! When the website says $29+... the "+" part is the part that gets you! I have Titanium frames and it says on the site... Nose bridge repair start at $25 and then add $10 for Titanium. I thought maybe $55... WRONG $196!!! Then I finally got them down to $99 after complaining and telling them to send back the broken frames. Took forever to get the estimate, and then once I did and paid it, they then informed me they would send them out and would be back to them in 2-3 weeks. THEN they ship them to me. Well I got them back and what a SH**TY job they did! No REAL professional would have let that leave their shop! DO NOT USE THESE A**HOLES!!! Now they inundate you with "TIP" requests! HELL NO!!!***UPDATE***They did try and call me and offer to buy me off with $12 to take down a bad review. The original invoice had NOTHING to do with replacement lenses, you need a prescription for that to begin with and you did not have that! They tried to upsell me cases, insurance, additional this and that and the repair work alone was $125, additional shipping of $12. Emailed the company and expressed my concerns over pricing and they agreed to $79 plus shipping. Still have those emails as well. Still a far cry from the estimated $39 on the site. NOW I have them calling and threatening me to take down this one and only review or they will "bombard the internet with bad reviews" about my company!!! Then I come on here to see if I could ease the review a bit, only to find he publicly released my information on the internet! Don't believe me about the threats? I will post a link to the threats on this review if this goes even one step further!
