I sent in my glasses along with the broken parts for a quote and decided not to get them fix because it was going to cost just as much to fix them as it would be to buy a new pair. I paid their $13 return fee and ended up getting them back without all the pieces that i send them. I contacted them and asked where my other pieces was and their response was “ they throw it” “like when car brakes you change they throw old away” “you no need broke one”. So i told them this is why they have many bad reviews and they text back with “you sent with broke frames we returned with broke frames, no harm no foul”. So now it won’t let me send them any more messages so i guess they block people with issues. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT SHIP YOUR GLASSES TO THESE PEOPLE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
